Ingredients:
Chips:
- 4- 5 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- large pinch of salt
- dried herbs (optional)
Mayo:
- 2 tablespoons original mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- squeeze of lemon juice
- pinch of salt
Recipe:
Chips:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
- You can peel the potatoes if you like but i like to leave the skin on because it makes them crispier
- Cut the chips into large slices
- Place in a bowl with oil and salt (and herbs) and coat each slice thoroughly
- Place chips on a lined tray and bake in the oven for around 30 mins or until slightly brown and
