The best chocolate slice! (HEALTHY + VEGAN)

Vegan peanut butter chocolate slice!
The best way to curb those chocolate cravings. I love this recipe because the ingredients are all ones you can find in your own kitchen without going out to the health store to purchase a bunch of expensive packets of protein stuff you'll probably only use once! Plus its easy to replace ingredients with options you have available, it's not a strict recipe :)

The best thing about these litter delights is that you can make it completely sugar free, by adding only natural fruit sugar instead of refined sugars!

I originally got this recipe from the Lorna Jane app, but i have to modified it to my personal taste, but all credit goes to her and her amazingness!!

I highly recommend everyone go and download her app, of not for the recipes then to track physical activity and for some lovely fitness motivation! I will be doing a post on all my favourite health apps soon.

Prep time: 15 mins
Total time: 1 hr 15 mins
Servings: 16-20 slices

- 2 cups almond meal
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3 tbsp. natural peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. cacao powder

- maple syrup or agave to taste, if desired ( i personally just used extra dates to make it sweeter)
- 1 tbsp. finely nuts chopped finely (i used sunflower seeds, almonds and pepitas)
- 2 tbsp. boiling water
- Desicated coconut and cranberries for topping

1. Blend all ingredients except boiling water and toppings
2. Slowly add boiling water whilst blending until the mix forms a ball in the food processor
